Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for vendor management and daily production & quality measures.
  • Negotiating with vendors for rates and other terms and conditions of delivery and payment.
  • Follow up with A/C department for vendor payments
  • Monitoring MIS & reports
  • Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
  • Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications.
  • Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
  • Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
  • Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in new product development and enhancements.
  • Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production.
  • Inventory Management- see the re-order level Every day of Raw material, Packing, and Printing material. Keep and watch on store department for material management.
