Customer Relationship Associate


  • Graduate/ Under Graduate with 0-3 years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Good active listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of MS Office is essential

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Blended voice-non voice process
  • Manage inbound calls/emails/chats in a timely manner.
  • Manage outbound calls/emails (customer feedback, bulk emails)
  • Follow communication scripts/templates when handling different topics
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Keep records of all conversations in our contact centre database in a comprehensible way
