- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Sales/ marketing) / +12 with minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales
- Good written and spoken English. Hindi Language is mandatory.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- FMGC experience is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
- To Define, develop and execute the strategic Marketing plan as per the Management instructions, in order to drive the Organisation in growth path.
- Visiting the clients and Meeting the Corresponding person and establish our Brand Image/Value. Perform cold calling and getting orders.
- Assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.
- Giving proposals/ quotations
- Follow up and finalizing proposals.
- Collecting the service/purchase order and Coordinating with the operations team for Collecting the payment, ensure successful completion of the order.
- Maintain a rapport for enabling repeated orders.
- To represent organisation in various conferences and seminars that happen from time to Time and develop new contacts.
- Any other requirement to be carried out based on work exigencies.
- Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
