Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in FMGC/ Medical will be an add on
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and/or sales.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Sales/ marketing) / with minimum 1-3 year of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve requirements of existing customers through regular follow-up.
  • Handle technical complaints satisfactorily with help from other teams/departments.
  • Maintaining sales records and generating MIS report for marketing division
  • Collecting performance evaluation feedback from customers. Prepare consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
  • Update competitor’s database by collecting data from sales team/ websites; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and distributing reports.
  • To Define, develop and execute the strategic Marketing plan as per the Management instructions, in order to drive the Organisation in growth path.
  • Visiting the clients and Meeting the Corresponding person and establish our Brand Image/Value. Perform cold calling and getting orders.
  • Assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.
  • Collecting the service/purchase order and Coordinating with the operations team for collecting the payment, ensure successful completion of the order.
  • Maintain a rapport for enabling repeated orders.
  • To represent organisation in various conferences and seminars that happen from time to Time and develop new contacts.
  • Any other requirement to be carried out based on work exigencies.
  • Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
