Business Development Manager


  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Sales/ marketing) / +12 with minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales
  • Good written and spoken English. Hindi Language is mandatory.
  • Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • FMGC experience is an added advantage
  • Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
  • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Define, develop and execute the strategic Marketing plan as per the Management instructions, in order to drive the Organisation in growth path.
  • Visiting the clients and Meeting the Corresponding person and establish our Brand Image/Value. Perform cold calling and getting orders.
  • Assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.
  • Giving proposals/ quotations
  • Follow up and finalizing proposals.
  • Collecting the service/purchase order and Coordinating with the operations team for  Collecting the payment, ensure successful completion of the order.
  • Maintain a rapport for enabling repeated orders.
  • To represent organisation in various conferences and seminars that happen from time to Time and develop new contacts.
  • Any other requirement to be carried out based on work exigencies.
  • Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
